Two workbooks, and only one of them is yours
The notice describes separate sheets inside one file. What was actually posted is two workbooks, split by where you sit: one for the AAU test site, one for the test sites outside it. Find the row with your own name, and confirm the venue and the session from it. The announcement lists no venues itself, so these files are the only place your sitting is written down.

Candidates who are visually impaired
Candidates who are visually impaired and chose Addis Ababa University as their examination site sit at the Disability Center, Lab 1, on the main campus. That sitting is on 8 September 2026, in Session III, which runs from 2:30 in the afternoon to 5:00. It is a single fixed slot, so it does not depend on which session your sheet otherwise shows.
Four dates in four days
Addis Ababa Science and Technology University appears in this notice as a place to sit Addis Ababa University's test, and it is also running an entrance test of its own two days later. Those are different examinations on different days. If you are down for both, they are two separate journeys.
