How to register
Registration is in person, at the Confucius Institute on the 8th floor of the Forum building, Addis Ababa University's main campus at 6 Kilo. It is open Monday to Friday, in the morning from 3:00 to 5:00 as the notice prints it, until Tikimt 2, 2019 E.C. (12 October 2026). The institute asks people to register early because places are limited.
What the course looks like
The course is Level 1 of the Chinese Language Certificate Program. It starts on Tikimt 7, 2019 E.C. (17 October 2026) and runs for ten consecutive weeks. Classes are on Saturday afternoons from 7:00 to 9:00, as the notice prints it.
The notice does not say whether those hours are on the Ethiopian or the standard clock, and it does not mention a fee, the language of teaching or any entry requirement. Ask the institute about all four when you register.
