What the Ministry said
The Ministry says complaints have come in about moving the returning and the newly placed students of the four public universities in Tigray to universities outside the region for now, and that it is clearing them up. It asks the students to be patient until that is done and the date they enter their temporary universities is made public.

What it did not say
- What the complaints are about, or how many there are.
- When the review will end, or on what date students will enter the universities they were placed at.
- Where a student with a complaint should send it. The placement notice of 25 September gave the complaint address for the remedial programme only, as set out in the placement release.
