What did Woldia University announce?

The main registrar office of Woldia University announced that students whom the Ministry of Education has newly assigned to the university for the remedial programme will register on Tikimt 23 and 24, 2019 E.C. (2 and 3 November 2026). Tikvah Education and Tikvah University both carried the notice on Tikimt 12, 2019 E.C. (22 October 2026), and the two posts give the same dates and the same list.

The notice calls the programme the capacity improvement (Remedial) programme. It does not say how long the programme runs or what it covers.

02

Which students does this affect?

The notice applies to students whom the Ministry of Education assigned to Woldia University for the 2019 E.C. intake and who are registering for the remedial programme. It does not mention students assigned to other universities.

The notice is addressed to the students themselves, so each student is expected to bring his or her own documents.

  2. Plan for both days

Arrange to be at Woldia University on Tikimt 23 and 24, 2019 E.C. (2 and 3 November 2026), and take the bedding and clothes with you.

  3. Follow the university's notices

The notice does not give the registration hours or place, so confirm them through the university's own channels.

05

How did these students come to Woldia University?

The notice follows the Ministry of Education's assignment of these students to Woldia University for the 2019 E.C. intake. It does not describe how the students were chosen for the remedial programme or how many were assigned.
